Navazis-Palazzi Pedro Ximenez Single Cask Brandy de Jerez is a 35-60+ year old bottling of pot distilled Spanish brandy, distilled from Airen and Palomino grapes. After aging in casks that previously held dry Oloroso sherry for 30+ years, the spirit was moved to a freshly emptied cask that previously contained very old Pedrox Ximenex sherry for 4 more years. The average age of this bottling is 35 years but owing to the traiditonal solera system aging in Jerez, the final product contains some brandy over 60 years old.
