Dubonnet Description
The original Dubonnet, the rouge liqueur of wine, herbs and quinine, produced in France and at Heaven Hill in the US, and reportedly a favorite tipple of the late Queen Mother of the United Kingdom. This apertif has cherry, mint and walnut aromas, with notes of lemon zest, cardamom, coffee, and toffee. It finishes fairly sweet, with lemon and herb notes.
