Return Policy

Cancellations/Returns:

Cancellations are allowed up to the time of shipping or if delivery is refused or the receiver fails to show proper ID proving they are 21 of age or older.
All cancelled or non-delivered orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 90 days. Refunds will only be processed within 90 days of purchase and once the products have been returned to Pinnacle Liquor. All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Should a product be found defective, please contact Pinnacle Liquor within 48 hours before returning the product. Pinnacle Liquor reserves the right to accept or decline a product due to defects based on industry standard practices as allowed by New York State laws.
