The Glenallachie is a Speyside distillery located near Aberlour and originally established in 1967. Purchased in 2017 by Trisha Savage, Graham Stevenson, and Master Distiller, Billy Walker, the Glenallachie is perhaps one of the best independent distilleries we've seen come along in a LONG time. Bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered, this naturally colored spirit offers notes of heather honey, orange zest and dark chocolate. Displays a beautiful oily texture thanks to the non-chill treatment. Ideal for fans of the classic Speyside style!
