This whiskey starts with Boon's fully matured 5-year-old Small Batch Bourbon and is then finished in toasted barrels for an additional 3 months. The mashbill is 75% corn, 21% rye & 4% malted barley. Soft cocoa, peanut butter & s'mores aromas give way to black licorice, pepper, and sweet vanilla on the palate. Certified Kosher.
