An excellent vermouth, dating back to the 18th century. Among the herbs and the aromatizing spices, Artemisia and bitter orange create a balanced base of bitter, citrus, and cocoa notes which characterize Cocchi style. From the infusion of some noble and balsamic woods, one may notice light aromas of camphor and rosemary notes combining with other minor ingredients, such as sandalwood, musk, myrrh and nutmeg. Delicious when pure on ice with a small lemon zest, but also an essential base for many classic cocktails.
