Made from an old traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. Copper column distilled from a single fermented batch using our sweet mash process. Unusually for Wilderness Trail, this was made from a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley rather than their standard 56% rye recipe. Thie Rye Whiskey was curated to highlight the robust flavors only found in whiskey straight from the barrel. It has an almost brandy-like profile, rich with notes of spiced apricot, stone fruit, and honeyed grains
