As much as we love sipping sparkling wine year-round, we know New Year celebrations are the prime time to pop some bubbly.
For this year’s pack, we’ve doubled down on value without compromising quality. These selections are unique, affordable and guaranteed to impress.
Clover Hill Pyrenees MV (Australia):
Australia's sparkling wine scene is on the rise, and Clover Hill is leading the charge with this Champagne-like gem. While the winery itself is based in Tasmania, the grapes for this cuvée are sourced from the Pyrenees ranges in Western Victoria, just a few hours northwest of Melbourne. Clover Hill, established in the 1980s, is one of Australia’s few sparkling houses exclusively producing traditional-method wines. This blend of 68% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier benefits from meticulous use of reserve wines and extended lees aging. The result is a beautifully textured sparkling wine with creamy richness and complex brioche and citrus notes, balanced by vibrant natural acidity
Bisson Glera Frizzante (Italy):
Crafted by Piero Lugano in collaboration with his friend Eli Spagnol of Torre Zecchei, this sparkling gem hails from the prestigious Valdobbiadene district in the Veneto region. Spagnol oversees just 30 hectares of shockingly steep, hand-harvested hillside vineyards—tiny by Prosecco standards. Lugano tailors this racy, vivid, and bone-dry sparkler with precision, preserving its delicacy through meticulous temperature control during fermentation. Bottled with only 2 grams per liter of residual sugar, this is Prosecco reimagined: refreshingly crisp and free from the sweetness typical of the category. Expect aromas of acacia honey, white flowers, and crunchy green apples, with tart nectarine flavors and a chalky mineral backbone. With its crown cap and distinctive character, this is a must-try for fans of elegant, terroir-driven sparkling wines.
Special Pricing: These wines are valued at $55.98, but for a limited time, the 2-pack is just $45.99.
