Niederosterreich Gruner Veltliner

This is powerful and rich, with intense apricot, honey, peach and spice. It is quite creamy as well and builds up to the finish that's loaded with spice and butterscotch notes.

This selection of older vines is fermented with native yeasts in a combination of 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral oak, followed by an extended elevage of 20 months.
