Bottled at 54% ABV, this high proof blanco is chock full of minerality and herbaceousness and is best if left to rest for a few minutes before sipping. Made exclusively from a 50/50 mixture of collected rainwater and spring water. Produced by fourth-generation Master Distiller Felipe Camarena.
