Crafted by Master Distiller Leslie Gracie, Hendricks Grand Cabaret is inspired by a 17th century apricot-based libation known for its uncanny tendency to show up at the liveliest of parties. This gin is vivacious and bright with strong notes of fresh apricot flesh and sweet, almost candied peaches. A slight floral note of rosewater and juniper hovers on the edges. Hendrick’s recommends a cocktail on their label that includes a sweeter fruit juice like cranberry, but it would also be great in a Tom Collins or simply with a slice of cucumber.
