This NYS rye is made from 100% New York heirloom grains sourced from the Finger Lakes Region and Naples Valley. The whiskey is fermented and distilled in Naples, NY, and a combination of barrels are used for aging with barrels made at a Hudson Valley cooperage. The whiskey enters the barrel at a lower proof, and at bottling no filtration or proofing-down is used, leaving a pure, flavorful spirit.
