Hollerhorn Description
Distilled and carefully placed in freshly dumped bourbon barrels in 2021, this single barrel NYS peach Brandy was just released! Traditionally made with nothing added, all processed by hand, and proofed to 40.6% ABV. Soft mouthfeel, slight sweetness up front with the ripe peach notes shining through solidly from middle to end, hints of brown sugar and vanilla tucked in the background toward the end.
