This NYS single barrel bourbon is made from 100% New York distilling grains and heirloom open-pollinated corn sourced from the Finger Lakes Region. The whiskey is fermented and distilled in Naples, NY, and a combination of barrels are used for aging with barrels made at a Hudson Valley cooperage. The whiskey enters the barrel at a lower proof, and at bottling no filtration or proofing-down is used, leaving a pure, flavorful spirit. This is a luscious bourbon with notes of brown sugar, caramel, burnt orange, and vanilla.
