Hakuto, or 'white rabbit' in Japanese, pays homage to the local folklore of this region in Japan, and the gins flavors pay tribute with the Japanese focused botanicals in the mix here including Juniper berry, coriander seeds, orange peel, yuzu peel, Japanese sansho pepper, gyokuro, sakura (cherry blossom), black pepper, nashi pears, and Japanese green tea. Highly aromatic and potent at 94 proof but never out of balance, this gin absolutely deserves the title of premium.
