Wheated bourbon distilled by Finger Lakes Distilling in Burdett, NY. Mash bill of New York-grown grain that includes 70% Yellow Dent corn, 20% Red Winter wheat, and 10% two-row malted barley, then produced using water sourced from aquifers around Seneca Lake. This bourbon is aged at least 4 years, is a product of a single season and a single distiller, has been aged entirely in a federally bonded rickhouse, and is bottled at 50% ABV. The resulting whiskey is broad-shouldered, displaying incredible balance and breadth from its robust nose through its long finish.
