Renegade Description
This is rum from a single field of cane, grown on Hope Farm on the island’s wild, Atlantic-swept East, and bottled at 55% ABV. A dark, brooding nose of deep cane that shows the ruggedness of the land it was harvested from. The flavor is entirely the polar opposite, being very sweet, light, airy and joyously expressive. Remarkably smooth for a rum at 110 proof. Medium-long finish, with notes of vanilla taffy, and marshmallow. A great high-proof rum that will stand out in a Tiki drink, especially as a float.
