In what is already a broad and boundry breaking portfolio, this unassuming release may in many ways be the most interesting in the Bruichladdich stable. Using barley grown on local Islay farms and harvested in 2011, the spirit for this release was distilled in early 2012 and aged for eight years at the distillery's coastal Islay home. The expression of terroir in whisky, and the essence of Islay in a bottle makes a big even subtler impact in this expression compared to its fully peated Port Charlotte counterpart. In limited release.
