Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Verde San Luis Potosi is produced by Master Mezcalero Juan Jose Hernandez in the small town of Santa Isabel in the State of San Luis Potosí. This artisanal mezcal is made with agave Salmiana using traditional methods, and is bottled unaged at 45.1% ABV. The herbaceous nose with aromas of bell pepper and jalapeños is followed by a slightly sweet palate with strong mineral notes and gentle smokiness. The finish is slightly hot, with sweet fruity notes.
