Chocolate, mocha, sage and lavender on the nose. The aromas are incredibly detailed and demonstrate why you should take time to smell your wine as well as taste! On the palate, black and red fruits prevail, with meaty elements lingering in the background. Peppery, with a touch of vanilla from the time in barrel. The finish is long, with soft, silky tannins.
