Champagne Christian Gosset is a boutique project by one of the most experienced winemakers and family names synonymous with quality in the village of Aÿ in the Vallée de la Marne. His style is aromatic, powerful, and structured but always in search of finesse and elegance, with a common thread of verticality, precision, and intensity. The Brut A02 is a blend of two important Grands Crus from the 2017 vintage: 85% pinot noir from Aÿ and 15% chardonnay from Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. The resulting Champagne is very aromatic, with notes of pear and citrus peel, and has strong flavors of minerality and salinity. Super food friendly!
