Named for the family matron who took over the estate's winemaking when her relatives went to fight in the Franco-Prussian war, this dry white is made in her honor. This wine is 100% Semillon matured in traditional oak barrels. Fruity aromatics of pears and flowers complement a dry minerality that makes this wine a natural pairing for seafood or cheese. Marie-Cécile is a wine to be enjoyed young; a pure, delicate indulgence.
