A rarity and one of the very few whites produced in the top Cote de Nuits villages. No pesticides or herbicides are used and low yields are maintained through vigilant green pruning. A bold and richly textured wine, aged 30% in new oak barrels, this is framed by vibrant acidity, with notes of lemon, pineapple, melon, honey, and flint.
