Marcario I Vigneti Description
This 2021 Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato is made from 100% Ruché that was hand-harvested and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal character of this delicious Piedmontese grape. This wine is an intense ruby color with violet highlights and perfumed aromas of purple flowers, blackberries, blueberries and sour cherry. The wine is full-bodied though beautifully balanced with light, dusty tannins and a refreshing acidity. Added flavors of raspberries, ripe plums and spice make this wine a great pairing with braised red meats, aged cheese, and pastas.
