The Cornu family has lived in the Burgundian town of Echevronne since the thirteenth century, and you’ll find their winery there today. So, it’s safe to say that they understand the area pretty darn well. They make this round, subtly toasty White Burgundy from a single vineyard in Savigny-les-Beaune. The palate is medium-bodied, showcasing flavors of poached pear, white peach and sautéed apple. These rich fruits are balanced by an invigorating acidity that carries long through this beautiful wine's clean and refreshing finish.
