Atma is sourced from various high elevation plots across Naoussa, based on schist and granite parent rock. Though Naoussa is generally considered to be a warm continental climate, these higher elevation sites experience a cooler climate that delays ripening and preserves natural acidity. This blend of Xinomavro (a red grape made in a white style here) and Malagousia is fresh and bright with citrus, stone fruit, and some herbaceous flavors. Really cool!
