Bois d'Arnaux is a younger plot planted by Valentin with massale selection cuttings. Spicy cherries with hints of undergrowth and wild herbs on the nose. Juicy and invigorating on the palate with typically light Poulsard tannins, fine cranberry acidity a lovely crystaline red fruit.
