This lightly peated Irish whiskey is matured in sherry casks, giving it a rich + sweet smoky flavor. The peated single malt is blended with a double distilled single malt matured in bourbon barrels along with soft grain whiskey matured in virgin oak casks. Notes of apple, pear, and smoke melt into a toffee, tobacco, and dark chocolate finish.
