Anne-Sophie grew up in Champagne and learned her craft in Burgundy. She is now upending Beaujolais and making her wines in a Burgundian style from an organically farmed vineyard in Fleurie. A serial beautiful Beaujolais, it pairs the aromatics and minerality Fleurie is renowned for with a depth of dark-berry fruit and a solid tannic structure. Red fruits, purple fruits, some mint, roses and a touch of umami. This will only continue to gain complexity with time in your cellar. One of our favorite producers!
