It's aged in neutral barrels and cement vats to preserve its juicy acidity and lively fruit profile. It offers vibrant notes of wild raspberry and blueberry, complemented by lavender and a hint of smoke. The alcohol is balanced, giving this wine lift and grace. Would be perfect with chicken schwarma or grilled lamb kebabs!
