De Sterlich Description
The winery takes its name from an important family from their area who was of Austrian heritage but who lived in Abruzzo for centuries. The last member of the family was Diego de Sterlich, who was a famous race car driver and co-founder of the Maserati brand in Italy! This is a classic Cerasuolo, with notes of ripe red berries, cranberries, mountain herbs and a hint of salinty zing on the palate. The longer the wine is in your glass, the more the aromatics sing.
