100% Pinot Noir from 40 years old vines planted on a magnificent parcel, this remains one of our favourite wines from the appellation. Organic farming, manual harvest and natural vinification. Maceration of the whole bunches, 12 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and without added sulfites. The wine is notably juicy, with a full-bodied presence and well-defined tannins that linger on its long finish.
