Two friends traveling among the hills of Friuli were accidentally struck by a special place, hidden among the last hills that overlook the Adriatic Sea: Mount Quarin. Here vines have been cultivated since ancient times with exceptional results, thanks to the excellent exposure, the temperature range and the uniqueness of its soils. This oak-aged Sauvignon Blanc has elegant aromas of tropical fruits and sweet smoke. A silky texture with a core of saline minerals, noticed acidity and freshness give this a wonderful drinkability.
