Eve's Cidery's Essence Ice Cider is made with juice cryo-concentrated before fermenting for 20 months in oak barrels (cryo-concentration is a process of concentrating sugars through freezing prior to fermentation). This gorgeous dessert cider has aromas of browned butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon baked apple. The mouthfeel is viscous with flavors of lemoncurd and caramel. The finish is mocha and spice cookie with plenty of acid to carry the sugar.
