Bruno Giacometto claims he’s never married because Erbaluce—this white grape variety—is the true love of his life. Based on tasting his wines, we can’t disagree with his logic! This naturally-vinified white is fresh, citrusy, and delicately herbal, with wonderful balance and length. To us, it almost tastes like a peach with a few flakes of Maldon sea salt on it. Delicious!
