Exotic ground spice and hoppy, floral accents mix with flavors of raw almond, fleur de sel, cherry, and lemon zest in this dry, well-knit Champagne. Finely balanced, with a lasting finish.

Fermented in 60% barriques bordelaise and aged on the second lees for 36 months, this cuvée has an intensely aromatic yet pure and mineral bouquet followed by a full-bodied, pure and powerful yet refreshing palate with lots of fruit and structure as well as remarkable freshness. It’s complex and mineral, a bit loud perhaps and with nice grapefruit bitterness. Still very fresh, it needs some time to gain more finesse and elegance.
