The ‘Glou d’Etat’ is a fresh, quaffable red blend that undergoes carbonic maceration resulting in bright, popping aromas of raspberry candy, rose petals, and violets with a juicy, fruit-forward palate of ripe cherry, candied red apple, and soft tannins.
