Matias Riccitelli Description
This is superbly balanced and a refreshing take on Mendoza Malbec. Matias works with gravity in the cellar in order to treat the fruit with a delicate touch and ferments in concrete vessels to add a little extra lift. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to used French oak casks for ageing. The end result is a wine that is loaded with freshness, blackberry and graphite.
