A collaboration between Giusto Occhipinti of the winery COS in Acate, Sicily and Simone Sabaini, founder of the artisanal chocolate producer, Sabadi. This is their orange vermouth, made with organically grown Zibibo (Muscat) grapes which were fermented on the skins, hence, an orange wine. The exact recipe remains a secret, but you'll find notes of orange creamsicle, baking spices and wild herbs. Sweetness predominates upfront then yields to more bitter notes on the finish. Great for cocktails or on ice with a splash of sparkling soda water.
