Wakaze Nigori Sake
This French sake is crafted according to Japanese traditions by a Toji (Master Brewer) with an extensive family history steeped in sake production, Shoya Imai. The Wakaze Brewery was founded in 2016 and they produce this Nigori sake using 100% French rice, Camargue. This soft and delicately cloudy sake has smooth teture with layered rice aromas. Pair this sake with a Caesar Salad, Fried Calamari, or a Lobster Roll.
