Aitia is a new project from Laura Brennan Bissell that focuses on the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge. Her farm sits at one of the highest spots at 1,700ft elevation. The farming here is incredibly conscientious; all organic, own-rooted vines, dry-farmed, no till, cover crops, and a variety of animals for biodiversity! This Pinot Gris is so nicely balanced. Soft, delicate creaminess cradles bright, fresh acidity, plump stone fruits mix with savory, salty minerality.
