Alexandre Hote Description
This Tavel is such an original wine that challenges the very definition of Tavel and rosé in general. A full-bodied, very dark, structured dry rosé from one of the few appellations producing exclusively rosé. It smells of crushed cherries, herbs, and violets. Full of red fruit, fine tannins, and herbs, this will benefit from some air. Velour-like tannins and a crisp minerality play on the palate. Pair this with spiced chicken couscous!
