The name Mersel comes from the region Maksar Mersel, which is the highest viticulture region in Lebanon and one of the highest in the world, located between 2,000 and 2,400m. Lebanon's Bekaa Valley is famed for its viticulture, and this fresh and fruit-forward dry red is made entirely from Cinsault.
