This humbly priced Sauternes from the family estate of Chateau Laribotte is excellent and will pair well with salty, funky cheeses or fruit tarts. Made from 95% Semillon, with 4% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Muscadelle, this layered and precise example offers notes of honey, dried citrus, apricot, mango, spicy ginger flavors. In a word: delicious.
