Giorgio Clai is the most passionate winemaker on the Istrian peninsula. His wines can be found in the top New York and San Francisco restaurants. This is a lightly amber (skin-contact) wine made from 100% Malvazija. It's organic, made through biodynamic principles and is aged for 2 years in big wooden barrels before being released onto the market. This wine, while fully natural and macerated on skins, has a clear appearance and light golden color. It’s fresh and fruity, with nutty, complex aromas.
