Made just outside the rules—literally—Sav’Or is Domaine de la Pinte’s Vin de France white, a blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin, and other local grapes with a touch of skin contact and a natural winemaking touch. It doesn’t carry the Arbois AOC label, but it carries all the Jura character you could want: freshness, minerality, texture, and a quiet wildness that never tips into chaos.
