Domaine de Beaumont Description
Biodynamically farmed 90 year-old Chenin Blanc vines on clay-silex over limestone soils. Harvest by hand, natural fermentation without additives in neutral oak barrels, aging on old oak for 7 months. Great value Vouvray in a lightweight and thirst-quenching style. Concentrated and floral but bone dry, crystal clear and chalk-tinged. Tight and fresh right now but will develop a more round and honeyed profile over time.
