Slovenian Pet Nat, made in the traditional ancient style of finishing its first ferment in the bottle. Made from Muscat it at first shows true grapey, floral Muscat form, promising sweetness on the palate that doesn't materialise - this is a bone dry, hazy wine with kombucha-like complexity and a refreshing sourness.
