Made from 100% Blaufrankisch from the Van Duzer Corridor, this complex Blaufränkisch offers soft mouthfeel, with flavors of black pepper, dark berry and baking spice. It's rich and powerful, but balanced by nice acidity. Nearly a third (29%) of the grapes were fermented with whole clusters, a process that helps give lift and finesse to the final wine. Johan practices regenerative farming as well as certified biodynamic farming.
