Keuka Spring Description
We ferment and age our Classic Chardonnay in a blend of French and American oak barrels to impart a lovely toasted vanilla aroma and creamy finish to the delicate fruit notes of this wine. Chardonnay was one of the four original wines that inaugurated Keuka Spring Vineyards back in 1986, and remains a perennial favorite of our customers today.

Aromas of sliced lemons, rosemary stems, lilies and white peaches. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and sliky texture. Bright and fresh with a slightly more savory finish. Tasty. I like the length and phenolic grip here. Drink now.
